Rainforest Cafe

Description from PassPorter's Walt Disney World Guidebook:

Another Rainforest Cafe? Yes, and it’s very similar to the one at Disney’s Animal Kingdom (see 1690 for menu items and descriptions). Differences include a smoking volcano atop the restaurant and lunch and dinner only (no breakfast). This is a very popular stop for families. Show up, sign up, and be prepared to wait. Occasional live animal demonstrations help pass the time. If the wait is too long, you can sit at the Juice Bar and order from the regular menu, enjoy an appetizer and drink at the outdoor Lava Lounge, or browse the Rainforest gift shop. For discounts, see 5776.

Super long wait and just average food and service. Better options at Downtown Disney.

Too loud to eat. In five minutes you want to go home or eat at McDonalds.

Fun, cheaper place for souvenirs; quick seated dining to be had at their full service bar without reservations.

I always love the Rainforest Cafe. We normally enjoy eating inside with the animatronics, however sitting on the verandah for dinner late at night was really magical. Loved watching the volcano erupt
