Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas |
This waterfront eatery features street foods from the 37 countries of the Americas. Typical menu items include Barbacoa beef quesadilla ($17), South American crazy corn ($13), shrimp ceviche ($16), steak ranch salad ($21), jalapeno burger ($20), Baja fish tacos ($21), and Argentinian skirt steak ($32). Kids meals are $7.99 and include choices such as grilled chicken, grilled fish, and chicken fingers. Desserts include the Paradiso chocolate stack ($10), churros ($9), tres leches ($10), and mini cones ($9). Also offered are signature frozen margaritas, an extensive tequila “tower” with more than 50 types, an international wine bar, and nightly entertainment. Seating is both outdoors and indoors at the colorful, two-level restaurant. We think both the food and atmosphere are unique, and this is a nice change of pace from other eateries at Disney Springs.
