Bongos Cuban Cafe

Description from PassPorter's Walt Disney World Guidebook:

The lively Latin sounds and flavors of Miami’s South Beach make Gloria Estefan’s Bongos a popular choice. Black bean hummus ($9), seafood platter ($45), criollo shrimp ($26), skirt steak ($30), shredded beef ($20), fried plantains ($6), and flan ($5.75) are some of the authentic Cuban choices. The lunch menu offers mainly sandwiches. The bar serves classic rum drinks, including the Mojito ($14), a refreshing mix of white rum, mint, and sugar. An outdoor counter (Bongos Cuban Cafe Express) serves sandwiches and snacks from 11:00 am–11:00 pm.

Good lunch food-different from Disney

Pretty expensive, my friend's aunt bought us lunch here. The food was fine and I will admit, I'm fairly picky, but the grilled chicken was good, if a little overpriced.

It was something different to try. Good food, fun atmosphere.

Food was barely warm and service was terrible.
