This special 14-seat-only sushi bar on the upper level of Morimoto Asia offers fine sushi made-to-order. For $150/person you can put yourself in the chef's hands for a 5 to 7-course omakase dining experience. Reservations are required, $75/person deposit required for omakase dining.
