Celebrity chef Rick Bayless opened up this new Mexican restaurant in Disney Springs Town Center. The menu is familiar-yet-classic Mexican: queso fundido ($12), taqueria salad ($9), carne asada tacos ($20), carnitas ($23), and salsa verde shrimp enchiladas suizas ($25). Kids meals are available for $9. There's an interesting cocktail menu wtth drinks like carrot ginger and spicy grapefruit. They also have Jamaica sangria! A take-out window is open daily from 11:00 am–11:00 pm.
