Star Tours--The Adventures Continue |
Take a flight to a galaxy far, far away in this “must ride” for all Star Wars fans, as space travelers go on a voyage they didn’t quite bargain for. Although the flight simulator at the heart of this ride never really goes anywhere, you’ll find it hard to believe as your StarSpeeder dives, banks, and speeds in one of 56 different rides. Reworked with George Lucas in 2011, the new version is a 3-D thrill, with different locations and actions randomly inserted, as you speed through the Star Wars universe. Be on the lookout for the rebel spy! The ride now features scenes and characters from the newest Star Wars movie, "The Force Awakens." Disney has announced that a new scene from Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be added to Star Tours starting Friday, November 17, 2017. The roughest seats are in the back row. Indoor queue offers many visual delights, including R2-D2 and C-3PO. FASTPASS or long lines. Overflow queue outdoors is uncovered. Rider swap available. Health warning. Must transfer from wheelchair. Handheld captioning.

Another must do! We try to ride this first thing after park opening so we can get on it a few times and hopefully see different versions. :)

A must do for every Star Wars fanatic. So much fun and the story is different nearly every time. I forget how many combinations possiblities there are, but there are a lot! Some people (my husband in particular) will get motion sickness if you sit on the edges, so if this is you, try and line up so you'll land in the middle. Ask the ride attendants for assistance if needed.
