The animals on the safari are amazing. You can ride this over and over again and have different experiences. We have had rides where the lions have been out and other times hiding behind the rocks. We have had giraffe's come up right next to our vehicle. It is truly breathtaking experience. I can't wait to try the night time Safari's.

This is a good ride, however if you can do the Wild Africa Trek, I would suggest that over this.

On those hot days in Florida, it's best to ride this as soon as the park opens. It's a bit cooler then so the animals are a bit more active. Most of the animals are free range around your vehicle which can set you up for some interesting encounters. We had a young giraffe taste our vehicle when it stopped. Our driver told us to remain quite and to let him observe us. He tasted the mirrors and then moved on to the woman sitting in front of me. After her giraffe bath, the driver made sure to tell her to wash as soon as she got off the ride as they have a number of bacteria that they could share. An encounter we will never forget!

I miss when it was the "catch the poachers" theme, but it's nice just as a plain safari. This is a good one to test your camera prowess :)

I love love LOVE this ride!!! I do this every trip and sometimes twice a day in a trip! It is different every time and the animals can get so close to you!! The only part that disappoints me is sometimes they fill the row with other parties so can't always get good photos of the animals from both sides.

Went on this one at 2:00PM on a 98 degree day. No animals were out except for the human kind. Next time I will go first thing in the morning. I am hoping it will be more exciting.

I try to ride this twice every visit, because you can see different animals each time. Very happy the old plotline and the audio-animatronic elephant is gone.

Try to see this ride at least twice as there is so much to see. You see more animals in the morning. Try to sit on the outside for good photos of the animals.
