Wildlife Express Train to Rafiki's Planet Watch (closing October 20) |
This attraction is slated to close October 20, 2018. All aboard! This train at Harambe station is the only route into or out of Rafiki’s Planet Watch (formerly called Conservation Station). Enjoy a ringside glimpse of the park’s backstage animal care areas. A guide describes the sights as the train chugs slowly along the track. As always, Disney’s eye for detail shines forth around Harambe Station and onboard the train. The best seats are in the front row. Note: Everyone must disembark at Rafiki’s Planet Watch. Themed, outdoor queue is mostly covered. Wheelchair accessible. Assistive listening. Alex’s ToddlerTip: A Allie’s KidTip: “Sit in the front row of the train to see better.”

Waited to take the train to see a little petting zoo, then had to wait to get back. Wasted alot of time.

I love this train, but I wish it was a little longer. It's cool to see a little of the backstage.

It's the only way to get to Rafiki's Planet Watch. Look around the train station and on the top of the train for detailed theming. While you are en route, you can see some backstage animal pens.

My family gave it a 6, I wanted to give it a 1 or 2. I don't understand why they didn't make it easier to get to the Rafiki's. This train should not exist - it is pointless.

We love trains, but this one missed a chance to show off something besides parking lots and back area buildings.

A nice train trip to Rafikki's Planet. On the way you can see a glimpse of where the animals stay at night. Relaxing and a chance to get off your feet for a few minutes.

My family loves riding the little train and the walk up to Rafiki's. Always something to see and the CMs have lots of information to share about the animals.
