Drift through jungle mists, unexpected geysers, and smoking devastation on a somewhat daring ride in a 12-person raft. The roaring rapids boast one thrilling (albeit tame) drop. Just when you think it’s all over, Disney tosses in one last little surprise. You will get wet—possibly damp, more likely soaked—and there’s no way to predict (or control) how much. A small storage area is available on board, but it won’t keep things very dry. Some guests wisely bring a poncho and a dry change of clothing—plastic ponchos are available for sale nearby. Shoes/ sandals must be worn at all times. Long lines are common, but they snake through fascinating Asian architecture rich with fine detail. 38”/97 cm height restriction. Special effects may be too intense for some children and adults. Health warning. Must transfer from wheelchair to ride. Allie’s KidTip: “If you go backward on the drop, be prepared to get soaked.” TweenTip: “It’s good when it’s really hot out!”

While I do enjoy this ride and think it's fun I choose not to ride it because I simply don't care to get soaked to the bone anymore.

Must do if you don't mind getting wet. Otherwise, wear rain gear & protect everything else from the water. Get a locker.

I found this to be disappointing. A very long wait for what felt like a meandering ride with one drop at the end.

Love this ride but I tend to skip it if it is cold because you can get drenched on it.

You will not get wet on this ride -- you will get SOAKED! Wish it was longer and more picturesque (I understand the environmental message, but it's ugly up top)

Not enough thrill, not enough rapid, not enough dry places to stow your gear, not enough water soaking me to the bone! This is a very timid raft ride.

You will get wet, wear a poncho! Go first thing in morning and you can get on without a wait. Very thrilling!

we went first thing after getting to the part, no wait at all. but it made for a long damp day as you definitely will get wet. Definitely stash belongings in a locker or they will get soaked despite the covered area on the raft.

Great way to cool off. Quick trip for a rapids ride- especially if you wait in the long lines in the summer.

Good, but only with a FP+ as the queue can get really long for such a short ride. Use the nearby lockers to keep your things dry!
