Intrepid riders are sent back through time to fetch a dinosaur before the dinos (and the riders) become extinct. Be prepared to be bounced, jostled, and scared as your Time Rover vehicle hurtles into the past and races through a dark forest. The “pre-show” and science exhibits in the indoor queue areas make the wait interesting. Front row “outside” seats for maximum thrills, inside seats for the less bold. No flash photography. 40”/102 cm height restriction. Young children should be accompanied by an adult. Effects may be too intense for some. Health warning. Must transfer from wheelchair to ride. Closed captioning (pre-show). Allie’s KidTip: “Cover your eyes in the dark parts if you’re scared. Ask your grown-ups to tell you when a dinosaur shows up so you can look.”

I love Dinosaur. It is very jerky. It has a lot of twist and turns. It is a dark ride. Lots of cool dinosaurs.

I agree with other raters in that it is a rough ride that can be scary to little ones (my son is 5 and my nephew is 7 and both were scared) but nevertheless, it is fun

Hopefully they are updating the video. This is a rough ride and is pretty scary. Parents should pay attention to those warnings before bringing little ones on the ride.

DL has the Indiana Jones ride and WDW has the Dinosaur ride. Basically the same ride. Lots of fun. Very loud!!!!

A great ride! The premise is going back in time to save a dinosaur from extinction. Lots of heavy twists and turns can be hard on pregnant women or people with back issues. This is a very dark ride and can be a bit scary for the young ones.

You have to ride this at least once. The ride vehicle is fun in this ride.

This is a great ride. Even my 5 year old niece loved it. I did have to hold her ears as the noises scarred her more than the dinosaurs

A bit rough but fun. DO NOT TAKE SMALL KIDS ON THIS RIDE. I have never seen more crying kids or sadistic parents than on this attraction.

One of my WDW favorites! I think they've toned it down some, but I love getting scared by the dinos- even knowing that the really can't get me :)

Fun ride, but rather jerky, so you need to hang on. The dinosaurs look real, and the queue is very interesting.

One of my absolute favorite rides. Love that the scare comes from the story, not just hurtling you around (which is fun too)
