Mama’s is a brick wall and booth sort of place. A variety of individual woodfired flatbreads ($14–$17), light pasta specialties, and simple meats grace the menu at Mama’s, which changes regularly. Starters include calamari ($12) and mozzarella with tomatoes ($9.50). Charred strip steak ($33), chicken parmigiana ($22), wood-grilled chicken ($20) or shrimp campanelle ($24) may catch your eye. Sangria, a Bellini cocktail, and desserts like chocolate amarettini cheesecake ($5.49) may catch your attention. Ask about the Fantasmic! Dinner Package, which offers a three-course dinner plus seating at Fantasmic! (see 5589). Your little “bambini” can get pasta, pizza, grilled fish, or chicken parmigiana for $10–$11.

I think it is underrated by many people. We have had great experiences here, including one of the best servers ever.

Very few 'nice' places to sit down and eat in HS. Interesting back story and ambiance. Servers and hostesses were nice. Food was interesting (different) and pricey. But if you need a place to get inside, sit down, and feel like you're somewhere else...this is the place.

We have eaten at this restaurant twice now, both times on the Dining Plan, and have loved it. The Charred Strip Steak is amazing and the Chicken Parmigiana is very good too. Our server was very attentive to our allergies as well.

I didn't have high expectations after seeing other reviews. The chichen parmigiano tasted great. I enjoyed the noisy atmosphere but I knew it was going to be like that going in. If I was expecting a nice quiet meal I would have been disappointed. Expect the place to be loud and busy.

Very pretty. Very loud. Food was gross. Neither one of us could finish our food, and that's saying something for us! Service was just ok.

We only went here once and we hated it. I understand that it's a family restaurant and that's fine, but I don't understand that acoustics in there. There weren't even that many little kids and it was so loud in there, it seemed like everyone, including our waitress was screaming. The food and service was mediocre, certainly not worth the ambiance. Not what we expect from Disney.

Food was better than we expected, particularly the flatbreads. Noisy most of the time. Good place to sit down on a hot day and cool off.

We did the Fantasmic dinner here. It was nice to get the seating there. We were celebrating our Anniversary were surprised with a glass of champagne.

This is much better Italian food than Tony's in MK. Try the fantasmic dinner or lunch package-a ton of food-you will not need another meal and preferred seating for the first fantasmic show!
