Do you feel the need for speed? How does 65 miles per hour in a rapidly accelerating six-seat, open-air test vehicle on a tightly banked track sound? This popular attraction was recently renovated and now has a new, interactive queue experience where you design a virtual car. You then board a “sim car” to try out your ideas on the track. The ride track remains the same as before, but now you test out your new car design in four scenes: capability (rough road and weather conditions), efficiency (your carbon footprint), responsiveness (maneuvering), and power (speed!). The attraction has even got a fresh new look with bright colors, reminding us of the movie “Tron.” Reserve a FastPass+ if possible, or use the “single-rider queue” on the left for the shortest wait. Front seat offers more leg room. Indoor/outdoor queue. 40"/102 cm height restriction. Young children must be accompanied by adult. Health warning. Must transfer from wheelchair to ride. Assistive listening. Closed captioning. The new Stat Station inside of Test Track allows guests to purchase a small card with their custom designed card on it. For $6.99, guests receive a card with their design, "race" stats, name, and more on it.”

We recently visited the World in August and were excited to go on the revamped ride so I made sure to get a fastpass. Even with the fast pass our wait was over a half hour due to having to build our virtual car which in my opinion was a total waste of time. It added nothing to the ride and just made getting on the ride longer. So when we finally got on and the only thing that changed was the overlay it was a very big disappointment. Unless they either get rid of having to build the car or have an option where you can skip that part we won't be going on this ride again

We love this ride. It is so much fun designing your car with so many different options. The ride is fun and I can't get enough of it. It is especially cool driving around outside at night.

Took the single-rider line and saved almost 40 minutes from regular standby. I had not done it before this trip, but I will be doing it again.

I love the interactive aspect of designing your car and then getting a ride. This is good for all ages.. just enough "thrill".

Great overall ride experience! You get an interactive queue, testing procedures, and then the super fast thrill sequence! Parts that are great for all different members of the family!

I like the addition of the car designing before the ride, but I miss the narration/explanation of what each phase of the ride is/does.

Test track is a thrill every time I ride it! Need a Fast Pass or get in single rider line. No need to worry about your hair, as it will be a mess when you are done with this ride! :-)
