Description from PassPorter's Walt Disney World Guidebook:

Hearty, German fare for light eaters. Sommerfest serves bratwurst ($9.49), frankfurters (with sauerkraut, of course—$9.29), nudel gratin ($4.29), Black Forest cake ($4.79), and apple strudel ($4.79). Wash it down with German wine ($11), Jägermeister shot ($8.50), or German beer ($8.50–$9.00). Covered seating is outdoors, within earshot of the oompah bands.

Very confusing when using the dining plan, but the staff does their best to make it right.

We love this for a quick serve option. The food and beer is great. The only down side is the very limited seating and it is often taken up by people who are not eating there, just loitering.
