Kabuki Cafe

Description from PassPorter's Walt Disney World Guidebook:

Kakigori (flavored, shaved ice) has long been a favorite snack at the Japan pavilion, and some years back they expanded the kiosk's menu to embrace items like Osaka-style hako (boxed) sushi, edamame, beer, and sake (including sake-infused kakigori).
