Star chef Todd English presents upscale, inventively prepared seafood at this visually striking establishment. The teppan seared sea scallops ($18) were a savory adventure, but the "dancing fish" was disappointing. Other entrees include choices such as gulf grouper ($37) and "Cantonese" lobster ($60).
