Shula's Steak House
This is the most upscale steakhouse on Disney property. Beautifully grilled, flavorful beef is the focus (if you finish the 48-oz. porterhouse, they’ll engrave your name on a plaque!) but perfectly succulent fish ($33) gets the utmost respect. Grilled meats cost from $48 to $105. If you need to ask the “market price” of the 4-lb. lobster ($95), you can’t afford it! With dark wood paneling, Sinatra on the speakers, gilt-framed football photos, and formal, attentive service, you may prefer to wear a jacket or dress. Veggies are $9–$15 (split an order, and get the potato gratin, too) but the “garnish” of peppers, watercress, and mushrooms on every plate may be enough. The wine list is expansive and expensive. And order the chocolate soufflé ($11)!Get a full copy of PassPorter's Walt Disney World guidebook here.
