Special Notes:
If you are a member of our message boards or have used our Concierge Desk, this is the same member name and password (both are case-sensitive). Please note that it is different from your account in our store, however (see important note below). You can check right now to see if you have an account in the PassPorter community.

If you're having issues logging in, or staying logged in, this can usually be resolved by clearing your browser cookies then trying to login again.

If that doesn't help, clear your cookies in your browser settings/preferences directly. How to clear cookies in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. Chrome is particularly bad about this -- always clear your cookies in Chrome.

Important Note: We have two login systems -- one for our main sites (passporter.com, passporterboards.com, and disneyplanner.com); and a separate one for our store (passporterstore.com). If you made a purchase in our store but have not yet registered for an account on our main sites, your username/password will not work and you'll need to create an account for our main sites (free and easy). Conversely, if you have an account on our main sites but have not made an account in our store yet, you'll need to create a new account in the store to make a purchase. We understand this can be confusing, and we're making steps to merge these two login systems in the future. If you are unable to determine where you have accounts, please contact us.
