I have to start out by saying this is my 9 year old's favorite ride. I love his reaction to it so I am sentimental about it. Stitch is his favorite character. It is silly, and a bit long. The chili dog stench is gross. We always are making references to lines from this ride. I can see how it isn't for everyone. I love how mischievous Stitch is.

Though I know I'm usually in a minority I do enjoy this attraction. Probably not a good idea for very young children or those easily scared or scared of the dark. I do love Stitch, too.

I think this was so much better as the alien encounter. My son and I decided we would give it a try despite the bad press. We realized we only needed to try it out once and we're good now. It really does nothing for me and there are so many other ideas for a stitch ride! Unless you're bored, or you LOVE stitch you can avoid it.

This ride was great when it was Alien Encounter but it was too scary for children....They dumbed it down with Stitch because parents weren't listening to the warnings that it is very scary for young kids. I admit I was scared the first time I went on this ride because it is very well done and your imagination takes over. Definitely have to give Disney credit for being so creative and creating a unique original ride. If you don't scare to easily then it is a must at least once.

I gave this a 4 because my son liked it (age 5). However I do not recommend this for people with claustrophobia or anxiety. I did not like the restraints at all. I won't ever do this again.
