Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom |
Looking for interactive fun? “Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom” is a role-playing game using playing cards and electronic game kiosks, where guests battle the Disney Villains who are trying to take over the Magic Kingdom. Look for the “Sorcerer Recruitment Center” at the Firehouse on Main Street to pick up your quest, an activated Portal Key card, a pack of five random cards, and a map. Challenges are found everywhere but Tomorrowland. You can play (and trade with others for needed cards) as you and/or your group tour the park.

I had a blast, and am now thoroughly addicted to collecting the cards. It's not many things that you can get completely for free in the parks. Be sure to check it out if you go, even if you don't plan on completing the experience.

This has been a fun interactive adventure that my son has really enjoyed over the years. He actually has all of the cards that can be gotten (unless there are some cast member only cards that we don't know about.)

My kids love doing this. They love collecting the cards, and can be a good time passer waiting for parades. On our 3rd family trip to Disney World, we didn't go on a single ride until after lunch because of how much fun the kids were having. I shopped and got my Dole Whip. After lunch, I insisted it was RIDE TIME!

This was so much fun! My daughter completed the whole first level a couple of years ago. She was so excited that she told the first cast member she saw in the Emporium. He then put her up on the counter and announced to the whole store that they were now in the presence of a Sorcerer of the Magic Kingdom. He also gave her a special button to wear, which she refused to take off the rest of the trip! She felt so special and proud of herself! Love the game and the amazing cast members!

I would plan to spend a full day just playing this FREE game. It's great for passholders & DVC members who have been to the parks many times or families who are at the parks for an extended period. You don't have to play at all but can just stop at the firehouse for your card pack; they make a great free souvenir.

Fun for older kids (if you have time in your touring plan). And the cards are neat to collect.

Great for kids, but the lines for the portals can get long.

My Nephew loves this. Can't wait for my Daughter to get into it. Make sure your child is the keyholder. It makes life easier.
