It was an expensive breakfast and my kids weren't in love with their meals, but we had a stressful time getting there so I would give it a second chance when we hopefully aren't as agitated. The setting was outstanding and it was nice to have our food delivered to the table.

Ate both breakfast and lunch at Be our Guest using the ADR system for both a reservation and pre-ordering my meal. By far the most elegant counter service meals at WDW and huge bang for your buck IF you are on the dining plan. Out of pocket prices, especially for breakfast, would be not a good value. The three dining rooms provide unique experiences. I ate in the West Wing and in the Library.

Great theming hated the check in and ordering process - it took forever and we were behind a family with a kid having a meltdown. Need more kiosks!!! Restaurant was not full - I don't understand why you can't get more reservations booked and in and out. Loved the Christmas decorations and overall theming. A munst do for Beauty and Beast Fan. Food was so so in my opinion.

I have eaten here for both lunch and dinner. I would not go back for lunch. The lines are longer and food choices are not as good. We eat here for dinner every trip. The inside of Beast castle is amazing. They really did a wonderful job. The snowing windows are magical. The west wing is awesome. The rose petals fall, and Beast's painting changes. It is quite the experience. The food really good at night. I love the mussel's appetizer. The grey stuff cupcake is really good. I can't believe at night it is only one credit.

We've eaten in every room (of the three). The large ball room is the most beautiful and sitting near the large windows with the snow scene is the most magical. The downside in the big room is the noise. Hard floors just magnify the volume. The West Wing is more intimate and has some nice magical features. Just know that it is 'dark' and relatively small so getting seated there could be more of a challenge. The third room, I'll call it the music box room, is...well...boring. The service we have had has been very, very good. The food is...okay. You're paying for the room, not the food. Good experience to have once...maybe twice...but after that...you have better places for better food.

I am a very picky eater and I can still find something to eat here for lunch. They can even customize the order to take off all the things I don't like. Turkey Sandwich is my favourite. It's a lot of food. My only real complaint is finding a table. I have been there 3 times for lunch..Single and Triple, Triple. All 3 times it was a challenge to find a table.

I've tried lunch twice here and was disappointed both times. In the end, despite the beautiful decor, it was just theme park quasi-French food. I really wanted to like it, but if you've ever had or want to try French food, save your money and go to France in Epcot. "Two and done."

At lunch you get to choose which room to sit in (go for the Music Box or the library) but you don't at dinner, which meant we ate in the noisier ballroom. The food is very good. The waiter who took our orders was inattentive, but the cast member who actually brought the food was personable and answered a lot of our questions. Definitely worth doing once (for dinner) and more than once for lunch. Plus you get to meet the Beast at dinner!

We've eaten here at dinner and lunch. For dinner, our server was very rude and also didn't come check on us but one time...to give us our bill. I believe this was because we were a party of one adult/one child and she expected a small tip.This was a recurring theme on our mother/daughter trip. Very disappointing. Food was pretty gross at dinner.
At lunch, food was great and we didn't have to worry about a server checking on us for refills, etc.
Theming was amazing, but it was loud even though it wasn't very full. All that being said, we still plan on going back to try out breakfast in December. :)

It is too bad they can't figure out how to get more people in without an ADR. Maybe add capacity, they would fill it up for sure, and unlike the castle, they can add on to the back and nobody would be the wiser that there are two ballrooms or two rose rooms.

We used our Disney Dining Plan and had lunch here. We loved it! It was a great way to cool off on a hot afternoon at the park. Our sandwiches were tasty. It was a very nice change to the normal lunch selections.

This is one of my family's favorite restaurants in Walt Disney World. It's a hard reservation to get, but well worth it. The food, service and atmosphere are the best you will find!

We went before you needed reservations for the counter service option and it was wonderful! We don't really love very fancy food so we really didn't go in for the sit down dining option, but the counter service option is wonderful. The atmosphere is amazing and I had tears in my eyes the first time I walked into the ballroom (I was 27 at the time and Belle's my favorite princess.) The food and service were amazing.

My only issue was with another guest waiting in line to have pictures with Beast. He was chatting up the photographer so we didn't get very much in the way of pictures. I thought it was very rude and asked the photographer to take some picture of my grandchildren and the other guest was very put out by that.

After checking multiple times daily until I was able to secure a time for us to dine, it was worth the time and energy spent, as it was one of the highlights of our most recent visit. Firstly, the ambiance is truly as magical as you'd expect. Secondly, the food was outstanding. Our picky eater tried the French onion soup and now orders whenever she sees it on a menu. She has yet to find one she enjoys as much as Be Our Guest. Lastly, the pace was perfect. As we finished our last bite on our plate, the dessert cart was being wheeled up and afterwards we were able to take our picture with the Beast. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we switched our reservations to dine elsewhere for breakfast when we saw an opening a few days later to eat at Be Our Guest again. We were not disappointed; it was a wonderful experience. We all agree this will be on our list for our next visit.

Tough to get reservations. Plenty of magic! Order you meal in advance and they will use your magic band to find you. Wonderful atmosphere. Be prepared to share a table. That added to our experience. Try the "Grey Stuff" its delicious!

The most expensive counter service, so great for those on the dining plan! This is also one of the places you can get free soft drink refills. I subbed out the desert (I can't have sugar) for soup and then saved half my meal for later in the day. Very good quality food!

Another hint I found that worked well --if you can't get a reservation, try again within 48 hours because many will cancel at the last minute. That works for us every time!

Must-Do table service for our family. Amazing service every time. Have the Grilled Strip Steak for diner. French Onion soup is delicious. Follow up with the Triple Chocolate Cupcake. Take your time to enjoy a walk around the restaurant, and the opportunity to meet Beast. For lunch, my favorite is the Croque Monsieur. Don't let the name fool you... it is a very yummy and satisfying grilled ham and cheese sandwich that comes with fries. Fantastic.

I like eating lunch here. The dining area is large enough to accommodate most party sizes. I also like that you don't have to juggle trays and food while trying to find a table. The food is delivered right to you. This is a great counter service experience.
