Phillipe Tosques, a French restaurateur with over 25 years experience, began his role as General Manager of Napa Rose in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel on March 1, 2010. Monsieur Tosques has worked with such celebrated Chefs such as Hubert Keller and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
